Welcome to the AutoJumblers Association Ltd

The Auto Jumblers Association was founded in 1989 by it's current chairman Howard Robinson and is open to anyone interested in AutoJumbles and AutoJumbling.

An A5 format Newsletter is produced (pending enough content) giving details and comments on Autojumbles & Shows. General motoring matters are also covered where these have an effect on Autojumbling. The AJA is also prepared to mediate in any disputes between members and organisers.  Cover is included in the subscription up to a maximum of £5 million, but is restricted to Auto related trading at appropriate events and as for all insurance cover, there is an implied duty of care.

The AJA Policy cover is UK based and is only available to part-time AutoJumblers, covering Auto related items only, trading at AutoJumbles, and Shows incorporating AutoJumbles (excludes North America and Europe).  It does not cover anyone trading from business premises or via mail order.  This Insurance Scheme provides low cost cover for the majority of Auto Jumblers who do not rely on Auto Jumbling for their sole income. For members who live or wish to trade in Southern Ireland (Eire) there is an excess of £15 payable in addition to the appropriate membership fee accompanied by a written application". Peter D. James, who arrange this Insurance, will be pleased to answer any queries on these matters. The AJA also organises its own Auto Jumbles where stalls are available at reasonable prices, with discounted rates for AJA Members. The AJA has also secured discounts for Members with other organisers, and campaigns for improvements to events where desirable or necessary.

Above right, and left, are two photographs of our Egham auction, this is held in Egham Social Club High St Egham on the 1st Tuesday in the month.  There is a general view of the floor area and chairman Howard Robinson hard at work in his dual role of auctioneer.  A bar is available.  The Social Club is open from 7.30pm for lots, auction starts at 8.30pm and is open to the public.

The photographs (left & right) show two typical autojumblers with their stands.  On the left is Derek and Jackie Evans and on the right (pictured with Howard) are Mary and Richard Farley with their son Graham, both photos taken at the Wheels Day, Rushmore Arena, Aldershot. Both of the pictures show examples of the varied stock to be found at AutoJumbles, to the benefit of both AutoJumblers and public alike,
